Jonna Cohen contacted me early in the year over a piece of property owned by my family since the late 1970s. I live in Colorado, the property is in Texas. Let me say that I have been contacted repeatedly by fly-by-night companies offering pennies on the dollar for this property, and I never took the bait. Additionally, there were some issues with POA dues and back taxes that I have been paying for years, I was fed up, it was a nightmare. I was quite prepared to let it go to a tax sale.
Then Jonna showed up. I am a skeptic. I am a cynic. I would like to believe in the inherent good in everyone, but I’ve been alive far too long for that. I fully believed that Jonna was yet another person out to bilk me out of anything this property was worth and in the meantime line her own pockets with whatever profit there could be milked out of this… I was wrong.
Jonna is true to her word, she is honest, she is caring, she is kind. She is understanding, she will do whatever it takes to assist, and has your best interest at heart. Never doubt it. The buyer is responsible for verifying all information with the County as to what can and can’t be done with the property. The buyer will need to work with the County to obtain the proper permits if needed. The buyer will also need to confirm the availability of any utilities needed or serviced on the property. The seller makes no warranties or representations about the land, its condition, or what can be built on the property.
